Parliament the Republic of Montenegro (Skupština Republike Crne Gore) created the laws of Montenegro, ratifies international treaties, suggests the Prime Minister, ministers and judges, approves the state budget and performs other duties imposed by the Constitution. Parliament may express distrust the government majority of the members. Each of the 74 Members representing 6,000 voters. The current chairman is Skupštiny Ranko Krivokapić.
